When you get a refund
- We could not deliver the service and cannot offer a fair alternative.
- You are charged twice for the same order (the duplicate is refunded).
- A subscription or license key never worked and we could not replace it within a reasonable time.
When refunds do not apply
- Work has already started or the service was fully delivered.
- Download links, license keys, or account credentials were already sent and used.
- Results depend on third parties (e.g. ad performance, rankings, platform approvals).
- Change of mind after delivery.
