Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once the service has been started or delivered. In certain cases where part of the service has already been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the work delivered and resources used.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.
